As any reader of Jeff Elder’s book Starr Love knows, the Private Horizon VIP Tour was either the most ambitious underground performance series of 1989 or a series of very unfortunate events — depending on who you ask. Stu would tell you it was both, and that the world simply wasn’t ready.
