Returns & Refunds
We want every order to be something you’re happy with. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds for each type of product we sell.
Physical Books, Records & CDs
We pack every order carefully, but shipping happens and sometimes things arrive less than perfect.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at in**@*************ys.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
If you received the wrong item, same process: email us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out.
We don’t accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items that have been read, annotated, or damaged after delivery
Because our print runs are small and sometimes limited, a replacement isn’t always guaranteed — but we’ll always work with you to find a fair resolution.
Print-on-Demand Items
Many items in the Strange Highways store — including apparel, accessories, and home goods — are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, our return and refund policy for these products works a little differently.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size (please use the size charts on each product page before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
We will make it right if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your item was mislabeled (wrong size, wrong color)
- You received the wrong item entirely
- Your order was lost in transit
If any of these apply, contact us at in**@*************ys.com within 14 days of receiving your order (or 14 days past the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll submit a claim with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
A few other things worth knowing:
- Wrong address / unclaimed packages: If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, we’ll contact you. Reshipping is possible, but additional shipping costs will apply.
- Size questions: Every product listing includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out before you order.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Digital Items (Music & Downloads)
Digital products — including music, albums, and other downloadable content listed in our shop — are sold and delivered through Bandcamp and are subject to Bandcamp’s Terms of Use. All digital sales are final.
If you’re having trouble accessing or downloading a purchase, Bandcamp’s support team is the best first stop. You’re also welcome to reach us at in**@*************ys.com and we’ll help however we can on our end.
