Frustrated Housewives in the Dollar Bin — Literally

Frustrated Housewives CD (1997)

If you read last week’s Substack post, “Enter La Baumba,” you already know the story. If you didn’t, go read it!

I found a box of about a hundred leftover copies of the self-titled Frustrated Housewives CD, and rather than let them keep collecting dust, I’m putting them out into the world.

For a dollar.

This is the 1997 self-titled release — sixteen tracks of semi-industrial electronic music, recorded back when a CD was how you actually got music into people’s hands. It’s a piece of the archive, warts and all, and now it’s sitting in the Dollar Bin on the site.

No digital download, no remaster, no frills. Just the CD, exactly as it was pressed almost thirty years ago.

If you want the full story, go read Enter La Baumba on Jeff Elder Isn’t Real.

Otherwise, grab one while they last — there’s only about a hundred, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Find it in the Dollar Bin now.
