Shipping & Handling for Online Merchandise Purchases
We offer live shipping calculations in our shopping cart. Just add it to cart and you’ll see our up to date rates. T-shirts start at 3.99 for the first shirt + 1.25 each additional shirt. Mugs – First item 6.99 + 4.00 each additional mug. Please note that we do not offer rush shipping or local pickup. Also, we do not ship outside of the USA.
Order Status for Online Merchandise Purchases
If your order has not arrived, please use our Contact Form to request the status. Average response time to Contact Form inquiries is usually less than 1 business day. If an order does not arrive within 10 business days after its tracking number reports it should arrive (in other words, if it is lost in the mail), we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package is unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the default return address and can be re-shipped within 3 weeks of its return. Please note that you will be responsible for re-shipping costs if the item was not able to be delivered due to wrong address bring provided or if the package was not claimed.
Returns & Refunds for Online Merchandise Purchases
We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 business days of its arrival and we will send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund. If applicable, please include a picture of the damaged package / item when emailing.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for ordering the wrong size or buyers remorse. Please double check your order details before placing an order. If you accidentally order the wrong thing, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to catch it before it goes into production. If we can catch it, great. If the order has already moved into fulfillment (usually within 12 hours), we will not be able to cancel the order. Unfortunately, since most of our items are made on demand, just for you, after you place the order, we are not able to simply re-stock items and sell them to someone else. This is why we do not issue refunds on incorrectly ordered items.
