Another successful day in the test kitchen yesterday! This time around, Eric came up with a yet-to-be-named creation consisting of grilled chicken with a super special secret hatch seasoning, added yellow rice, then we wrapped that baby up in a big flour tortilla. Yup, it’s a keeper.
We also had a little fun finalizing our incorporation setup while we were at it. We are all set with the IRS and now also have our Sales Tax Permit. Next hurdle… kitchen space. Stay tuned!
